Description

Inspired by the aqua blue waters and the surf-sized waves of Waikiki, this closely-fitted dress, by FROG Princess Fashions,  sweeps in and out with a princess-seamed bodice that sports contrasting front-to-back in-seam ruffles and a flared skirt with contrasting godets.

Made either sleeveless or with flutter sleeves, the dress is equally suited for island sight-seeing or a luau. Finish the hem in a modern mini length or the pictured knee length with a lightweight cotton or cotton blend fabric or lightweight knits. The back has a hook and loop closure.

This versatile design features endless options for embellishment. Four free machine embroidery hibiscus designs for bodice, hem, and sleeves are offered on the Pixie Faire Machine Embroidery site.
