Recommended Fabrics: Light weight woven fabrics like quilt cotton, cotton and shirting.
Supplies Needed:
- Main Fabric — Bodice and Pants — 4.5” x 19”
- Contrasting Fabric — Top and Pants Ruffle — 3.5” x 22”
- Lining — 3” x 9”
- Hook-and-loop Tape (5 8” width – cut in half to get about 1 4” wide) — 2.5”
- Elastic 1 4” Wide — 5”
- Optional: 1 4” Buttons for decoration — x3 OR A Small Bow
